Changes with a paper trail
A registered-owner change, an email change or a mailing-address change goes through an approval queue with the supporting document attached. Claimed profiles are never overwritten by an import. A multi-unit owner is linked to every unit they hold without duplicating the person.
Search that finds the person
Search by name, unit, plate, fob, phone or email from anywhere; batch lookups answer a list of plates or units at once. Front desk, security and the office all see the same truth, scoped to what their role permits.
