What residents can do
- Submit requests with photos and follow them to the completion photo.
- Book and pay for amenities, elevators and moves under the building's rules.
- See their ledger, invoices and receipts; pay what is portal-payable by card.
- Read notices, minutes and documents they are entitled to.
- Register vehicles, issue visitor passes, manage household members and pets.
- Report a suspected bylaw contravention with a truth declaration.
- Ask the AI concierge a question answered from the building's own documents.
Invitation-only, passkey-ready
Nobody signs up from the street. Residents are invited by the office against a unit; owners, tenants and authorised occupants each get the role the directory says they should have. Passkeys and biometric sign-in mean no password to phish, and two-factor authentication is available for every account.
One app for a multi-unit owner
An owner with three units — or a property agent acting for several owners — switches between them in the same app. Each unit's records stay separate; the person sees only what they are entitled to for each.
Frequently asked questions
Is the app branded to our building?
Yes. The name, logo, colours and community site are yours; a white-label domain is available as an add-on.
Can residents see other residents' information?
No. Each resident sees their own unit and household. Directory sharing between residents is opt-in and controlled by the office.
Do tenants and owners see the same thing?
No. Owners see ownership records and owner financials; tenants see what a tenant is entitled to. Short-term guests never receive access.
