Can council members see other buildings?
No. Every council sees only its own strata corporation, enforced at the database, even when a brokerage manages many buildings on the same platform.
Does the strata manager still control the record?
Yes. The manager's desk holds the legal vault, the Form B and Form F desk and the registers; council works from the hub and its decisions flow to the manager.
Can owners see council material?
Owners see approved minutes, notices and the owner financial view. Working documents stay with council.
