Amenity booking software that takes the payment and the argument out of the front desk

Guest suites, lounges, party rooms and elevator holds are reserved by residents in the app, paid at booking, and confirmed the moment the payment clears. The office keeps a control desk for edits, cancellations and refunds.

Pay first, confirm automatically

Priced amenities are pay-first: the booking is held, the resident pays by card, and the confirmation, receipt and calendar entry all happen at once. Nothing is confirmed on a promise to pay, and no cash changes hands at the desk.

  • Rules per amenity: lead time, maximum stay, quiet hours, capacity, deposits and blackout dates.
  • One active guest-suite reservation per lot, so a single owner cannot monopolise the suite.
  • Elevator bookings matched to the right building's elevator on a multi-tower site.
  • Housekeeping turnaround board for guest suites so the next arrival finds the suite ready.

Money lands in the property's own account

Booking fees are charged as direct payments into the property's own bank account. There is no platform float, no monthly remittance run, and refunds are issued against the original charge with the paper trail attached. For a BC strata this is the difference between a booking system and a trust-accounting question.

A small resident-paid service fee covers card processing so the strata's income is not eroded by fees.

An office desk for real life

Someone always needs to move a booking, waive a fee for a bereavement, or settle a dispute over a scratched table. The control desk lets the office edit, cancel, settle, request payment or refund in part, and every action is on the booking's history.

Frequently asked questions

Which amenities can be booked?

Any bookable space or resource: guest suites, lounges and party rooms, meeting rooms, elevators for moves and deliveries, barbecue areas, courts and more. Each has its own rules and price.

Can bookings be free?

Yes. Unpriced amenities confirm instantly under their rules; priced ones confirm when paid.

How are refunds handled?

The office refunds in full or in part against the original payment from the control desk; the resident receives the refund on the same card.

Can the office book on behalf of a resident?

Yes, and it can send a payment request the resident completes in the app.
