AryaPM is built in Canada and its governance defaults follow British Columbia strata law; HOA terminology and enforcement stages are configured per association. Data is hosted in Canada. If your association needs US-specific lien processing or state-mandated forms, tell us first and we will say plainly what is native and what is configured.
